In a mere few months, Covid-19 has brought a whole new reality. We are all feeling the tremendous impact of the pandemic, on our families, colleagues, communities and businesses.

First and foremost, the health and security of our employees, customers and partners is our priority during this unprecedented time, and we have implemented, in close coordination with local authorities, measures and protocols to manage and respond accordingly.

At Schneider, we are all mobilized to provide continuity of service to you, to support you, your business and the customers who have placed their trust in us.

Together, we first have the responsibility and duty to focus support on mission critical infrastructure during these unprecedented times: Hospitals taking care of patients, data centers and networks supporting increased traffic, critical networks and facilities supporting life at home, such as grid for electrical distribution, water and wastewater plants, or cold chain for food or pharmaceuticals.

Our supply chain and logistics are coordinating with our suppliers and partners to validate continued service capabilities. We are leveraging our global manufacturing footprint to shift production where possible and rebalancing impacted global inventories and service parts stock, in the context of our own Business Continuity Plans.

Our teams are here for you and you can contact us. At times when certain sites are difficult to access, we are leveraging our remote service capabilities to address technical onsite issues, perform factory acceptance testing and site risk audits, and implement digital services. We are also fully leveraging the use of digital technology, tools and processes to manage new ways of working at this exceptional time. At a time where many of us are confined, our teams are also ready to discuss with you innovation, technologies, and architecture for efficiency and sustainability.
