What to expect

Sales Phase

After meeting with you to listen to your requirements and suggest ideas, your assigned project manager will provide you with a Project Proposal covering:

• Project Summary
• Context
• Solution Overview – proposed products, software and services.
• Solution Implementation – objectives, approach detail, execution strategy, risk assessment & mitigation, approval strategy, engineering provision, project services (management, risk analysis, drawings, configuration, supply of product, documentation, meetings, testing, schedules, specifications etc.),  site activities (installation, supervision, commissioning etc.), assumptions.
• Commercial Offer – price summary and options
• Company Information
• Appendices – aftersales services, training, service agreements, software support, breakdown and response service, and preventative maintenance service
• Bill of Materials

Project Phase

After accepting our offer our project team will carry out the project as per the proposal and your project manager will give you regular updates.
